variegata. White Ghost is the cultivar name given to the white variegated form of lactea
so add crested and you have simply White Ghost crest. If you wanted to be technically correct in your botanical nomenclature, this would be listed as Euphorbia lactea variegata cristata. Anyway you spell it, this is an exceptional plant. It takes us three years to grow these and demand is always greater than our supply, so if this has been on your shopping list don't hesitate.
