| This caudiciform species has
long been a favorite of succulent growers but unfortunately is seldom offered. The name reticulata, refers to the much divided branching habit of both its stems and flowers. The intricate flowers consist of many branched shoots and a large plant can easily have over 100 individual flowers open at any one time! When these dry, they persist on the plant giving it a crown of wispy twigs which produces the bonsai effect over time. |
